For all our users who have just logged on to our app and feel a bit lost, here is our FLEET guide:

FLEET is a cloud-based software that allows you to manage your:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Maintenance plan

๐Ÿ‘‰ Stocks and purchases

๐Ÿ‘‰ Consumptions (oil, water, fuel...)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Certificates

The sailors, like us, donโ€™t like to use complicated software.

Thatโ€™s why Smart Sailors have developed a tool extremely easy to handle with the right features.

First of all, make sure youโ€™re logged in to the application. Otherwise, go to https://smartsailors.app/login and enter your email and password.

You can see your dashboard and different tabs:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Each section is an important element with different features.

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can scroll down your screen to find more information.

What you will find on all screens:

๐Ÿ‘‰ At the left of the screen:

This is the navigation bar between the main features of the software. Some of them have drop-down sub-menus that you can open or close by clicking on the small arrow. At the bottom of this navigation bar is the "Settings" tab where you can set up your users and database.

๐Ÿ‘‰ At the top of the screen:

  • You will find a search bar where you can search for a piece of equipment, a part or a user. For example, if you type "Engine", it will suggest the different engines in your database

  • A "shopping cart": When you make your requests for spare parts, you put them in your shopping cart and send an order form.

  • Language choice between English and French.

  • Your username with a drop-down menu to change your info or log out.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Bottom right

You'll find here shortcuts to this help centre, guided tours, and you can also contact us. It's always a pleasure to hear from you!

๐Ÿš€ That's it! You already know a lot about how to get started with FLEET!
