In some cases (long absence, forgetfulness, update...) it may happen that a user needs a new password to connect to his or her space and needs to call you, the FLEET administrator.
Here are a few steps to update a password for one of your employees:
1. Go to “Settings”
2. Click on “Manage your users”
3. Select the user concerned
4. In the upper right corner, click on the "Lock" icon to "Change password"
5. Choose the new password and save
The user will then be able to log in again using the new password chosen.
