How to use the new tree structure feature in FLEET?

Find out how you can use the new "tree structure" feature in FLEET.

In order to use this feature, you must first activate it.

To activate it, contact the Smart Sailors team and follow this procedure

Once you have created your tree structure, you will be able to use the hierarchy set up directly when creating equipment and sub-assemblies.

1. Create your equipment and choose a set (department+subset)

You can select only one department (1) if you do not want to associate a subset (2) with it.


2. Filter your equipment using your tree structure:

Here you will have the entire equipment list corresponding to the set (department+subset) that you selected in the filters above.

💡You can export this filtered list by clicking "Export to Excel" at the top right.


From your scheduled/unscheduled tasks:

You can do the same to filter your scheduled and unscheduled tasks using your tree structure.
