What is involved?

Task assignment is the ability to set a certain planned task to one or more specific users. It allows your crew to log into the platform, visualise and receive alerts for their specific tasks.

How to use this new feature?

1. Go to “Planned maintenance”

2. Click the blue cross in the top right to create new regularly planned tasks.

3. Fill in the form and select the users to be assigned the task.

You can assign the task to as many users as you want. However, you can also go back to the task assignment directly on the maintenance form.
