Here is a keyword list that you will find on the interface. Keep it preciously ✨

  • Apps: Part on Airtable where you can import your own .csv file with the different categories.

  • Attachments: You will find this mention in several categories on the file: equipment, planned maintenance, spare part etc. You have the possibility to upload files directly to the Airtable file and then import them into FLEET.

  • Ships: The first element to import on your platform. The vessel you import is the first brick to build your whole tree.

  • Departments: These are large categories into which you will put your equipment. Departments are a bit like your lighthouse in the night. They allow you to find your way around the platform by filtering your maintenance or equipment by department and, above all, to concentrate on a single workspace when necessary.

  • Equipment: In your ships, you will enter equipment that will allow you to create your maintenance plan. The equipment section is very complete as you have several actions available to perform from the "Equipment" tab. To understand better what you have to enter in this section, here is a collection of articles that will help you.

  • Spare part: ✨ You are concerned if you use the Enterprise offer ✨ From the "stock" part, you can import all the spare parts you will need to supply your equipment and your maintenance on board the ship.

  • Subsets: Subsets are keywords that can be linked to parts or equipment. This is useful to create equipment / spare parts subsets and find them quickly! Think of the subsets as "tags" that will allow you to easily find your equipment. On Airtable, you can construct a detailed hierarchy using these subsets.

  • Data-based/ Planned Maintenance: On Airtable, the name refers to your planned maintenance. In this section, you can enter the name of your maintenance, the related equipment, the description etc. If you choose an Airtable import, we advise you to feed everything into the file to reduce the manual manipulations to be done afterwards on the platform.

To conclude, here is a table of Smart Sailors / Airtable correspondences:
