When you create your planned tasks, you have to choose between a calendar recurrence or a running hours recurrence.

👉 If you choose the calendar recurrence, the due date will be displayed.

👉 If you choose the running hours recurrence, an estimated due date will be calculated.

So how is it calculated? 🤔

This is how it works:

  • The average number of walking hours per day = (latest meter value-initial meter value) / (difference in days between the last meter date and the initial meter date).

  • The remaining days between the current meter and the due date = (meter value for the maintenance deadline - the current value) / average number of walking hours per day.

  • Estimated next due date = Latest reading date + Remaining days between the current meter and the due date.
