Once you add users on the platform, an email is sent to activate their account.
It sometimes takes time for the e-mail to be delivered to the recipient.
If you have difficulties in sending the activation e-mail, you can send it manually.
1. Go to “Settings”
2. Click on “Manage users”
3. Click on the user's email:
4. Click on the blue icon at the top right “Copy the activation link”
Once the link is copied, you will be able to integrate it and the user simply has to click on it his account will be activated.
