The manufacturer's information and the serial number can be entered when you purchase a new piece of equipment.
This allows to differentially identify your equipment.
In this case, if you face any problems with an equipment, you can submit the serial number to the manufacturer to get information.
To add information to equipment:
1. Go to “Equipments”
2. Select the concerned equipment
3. Click on “Specify serial number” or "Change manufacturer information"
