Here is a list of actions that a user with the Navigator function can do:

MAINTENANCE	STOCK MANAGEMENT
Register an intervention on a planned maintenance	Carrying out a part inventory
Deactivate a planned maintenance task	Update a quantity in stock
Register an unplanned ongoing maintenance	Do a stock transfer
Close/ deactivate an unplanned maintenance
Update running hours meters
Check the maintenance history
PURCHASING MANAGEMENT	CONSUMPTION MANAGEMENT
Create and send a purchase request for arming validation	Manage tank level
Enter a part delivery

👉 Manager: Can accomplish everything except the following functions:

Remove and add a vessel
Manage Smart Sailors subscription and payments

👉 Administrator: The user with this function has full permissions on your Smart Sailors account.
