Email notifications are sent to all those who have access to the boat. The frequency of notifications varies from case to case:
planned maintenance: a notification is sent 1 week before the maintenance due date
unplanned maintenance: a notification is sent when the task is created
certificate: an email notification is sent 1 month before the certificate expires
