What information do we need?

  • The name of the boat concerned (if you have several)

  • The name of the event: Is it a task, an equipment, a stock etc...?

  • The date of the event. Why is it important to give us the date? This allows us to trace the actions taken in the history.

  • The exact manipulation that was performed: this will allow us to reproduce the behavior.

How long will it take to get a response?

Via online chat, we guarantee an initial response within the day.

The resolution time depends on the behavior reported and the time needed to resolve the bug.
